This Crew is about doing the work with purpose, pride and impact, challenging that narrative by creating practical opportunities for people to contribute, grow, build confidence and belong.

The Crew was founded by Amy Gray, a disability advocate and parent of a young woman living with profound disability. It was built from the belief that people deserve opportunities, not limitations.
At its core, The Crew exists to challenge the belief that disability should limit a person’s ability to contribute to their community.

Her life reminds us why opportunity matters, why contribution matters and why people should never be defined by what others assume they cannot do.
